Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using TubeLog ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

#1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TubeLog, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

#2. Description of Service

TubeLog is a YouTube analytics and optimization platform that provides:

Channel analytics and performance tracking
AI-powered thumbnail analysis and generation
Subtitle and metadata translation
Thumbnail A/B testing and scheduling

#3. Account Registration

#3.1 Account Requirements

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

#3.2 YouTube Integration

TubeLog integrates with YouTube via OAuth. By connecting your channel, you grant TubeLog permission to access your channel data as specified during the OAuth flow. You may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.

#4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Upload malicious content or engage in phishing
Circumvent usage limits or credit systems
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond normal use

#5. Credits and Payments

#5.1 Credit System

TubeLog uses a credit system for AI features. Credits are consumed per operation as described in the pricing documentation. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

#5.2 Subscription Plans

Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

#5.3 Subscription Pause

Subscribers on a monthly plan may pause their subscription for up to 30 days once per billing cycle. During a pause:

No new charges are incurred for the paused period
Access to paid features is suspended
Unused credits are preserved and restored upon resumption
The subscription automatically resumes at the end of the pause period or when manually resumed

Pause is not available for annual plans or accounts with an active pending cancellation.

#5.4 Early Access Pricing

Users who subscribed during an Early Access promotional period are entitled to retain their discounted rate for as long as they remain continuously subscribed (grandfathering). This rate is not transferable and is forfeited if the subscription is cancelled, regardless of the reason.

#5.5 No Refund for Credit Usage

Credits consumed for completed operations are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for subscription refund eligibility.

#6. Intellectual Property

#6.1 Our IP

TubeLog, its logos, and all Service content are owned by TubeLog, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

#6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to TubeLog (e.g., subtitle files, thumbnail images). By uploading, you grant TubeLog a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

#7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Accuracy of analytics data (which depends on YouTube's API)
Specific CTR improvements from thumbnail optimization

#8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to TubeLog in the 12 months preceding the claim.

#9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TubeLog harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

#10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

#11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

#12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
