Affiliate Program

The TubeLog Affiliate Program lets you earn recurring commissions by referring new paying customers to TubeLog.

#1. Program Overview

Affiliates earn recurring commissions on every paying customer they refer, for as long as that customer remains subscribed. Commission rates scale with your active subscriber count through a 4-tier system.

#2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Have an active TubeLog account
• Apply and be approved for the affiliate program
• Comply with our promotional guidelines
• Submit a valid tax document (W-9, W-8BEN, or equivalent) before payouts can be processed

There is no requirement to be a current paying subscriber.

#3. How It Works

1. Apply: Submit an application through your TubeLog dashboard under Account → Affiliate Program
2. Get your link: Upon approval, you receive a unique referral link and access to promotional materials
3. Promote: Share your link on your website, YouTube channel, social media, or newsletter
4. Earn: When someone clicks your link and subscribes within the cookie window, you earn a recurring commission for each billing period they remain active

#4. Commission Tiers

Your commission rate is determined by the number of active paying subscribers you have referred at the time of payout.

Tier	Active Subscribers	Recurring Commission	Description
Tier 15	0-9	15%	Default starting tier for new affiliates
Tier 20	10-29	20%	Growth tier for consistent paid referrals
Tier 25	30-49	25%	Expansion tier for established performance
Tier 30	50+	30%	Top tier for high-volume partners

Commissions are calculated on net revenue (after payment processor fees and refunds). Tier upgrades apply to all future payouts; they do not retroactively adjust previously paid commissions.

#5. Cookie Duration

The referral cookie lasts 30 days. If someone clicks your link and subscribes within 30 days, the sale is attributed to you (last-click attribution).

#6. Commission Grace Period & Eligibility

Commissions enter a 30-day grace period after the referred customer's billing date before becoming eligible for payout. During this period:

• The commission appears as Pending in your dashboard
• If the referred customer cancels or requests a refund within the grace period, the commission may be clawed back
• After the grace period, the commission moves to Eligible status and is included in the next payout cycle

#7. Payout

• Minimum payout threshold: $10.00 USD
• Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month for the previous month's eligible commissions
• Payment via PayPal (registered email required) or bank transfer
• A valid, approved tax document must be on file before any payout is processed

#8. Prohibited Promotion Methods

You may not:

• Make false or misleading claims about TubeLog
• Use paid search ads bidding on TubeLog's brand keywords
• Offer cash rebates or incentives to referrals
• Engage in spam or unsolicited messaging
• Self-refer (create accounts or refer yourself to earn commissions)

Violation of these rules will result in removal from the program and forfeiture of all pending commissions.

#9. Program Changes and Termination

TubeLog reserves the right to modify commission rates, tier thresholds, cookie duration, or program terms with 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate individual affiliate relationships for cause, including fraud, policy violations, or prolonged inactivity.

#10. Tax Requirements

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on affiliate income. Before your first payout, you must submit a completed tax form:

• US persons: IRS Form W-9
• Non-US individuals: IRS Form W-8BEN
• Non-US entities: IRS Form W-8BEN-E or equivalent

TubeLog will issue Form 1099 (for US affiliates earning $600+/year) or equivalent documents where required by applicable law.
