Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with TubeLog. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for subscriptions and credits.
#1. Subscription Refunds
#1.1 Eligibility Window
You may request a subscription refund within 14 days of your most recent subscription payment. Requests submitted after 14 days from the payment date are not eligible for a refund.
#1.2 Refund Amount Calculation
The refundable amount is calculated using the following formula:
Deduction rate = max(time used %, credit used %)
- Time used % β the proportion of the billing period that has elapsed at the time of the refund request
- Credit used % β the proportion of the subscription's monthly credits that have been consumed during the current billing period
The higher of the two rates is applied as the deduction. The refundable amount is the original payment minus the deducted amount.
Example: If 20% of the billing period has elapsed but 55% of credits have been consumed, the deduction rate is 55%, and 45% of the payment is eligible for refund.
#1.3 Review Process
All refund requests are subject to admin review. The estimated refund amount shown in the dashboard is a preview; the final approved amount may differ. Refunds are not processed automatically.
#1.4 Frequency Limit
Refund requests are limited to one per account. Accounts with a prior approved subscription refund are not eligible for subsequent subscription refunds. This policy exists to prevent abuse of the refund system.
#1.5 Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable unless they fall within the 14-day eligibility window and no prior refund has been issued on the account.
#1.6 Mid-Period Cancellations Without Refund
If you cancel without requesting a refund, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time.
#2. Credits
#2.1 Purchased Credit Packs
Credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided that fewer than 20% of the credits have been used.
#2.2 Subscription-Included Credits
Monthly credits included with your subscription plan are non-refundable as standalone items. When a subscription refund is approved, unconsumed subscription credits for the current period are automatically reclaimed.
#2.3 Consumed Credits
Credits already used for completed operations (thumbnail analysis, translation, image generation) are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
#3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be issued at our discretion for:
- Service Outages β extended downtime (>24 hours) that prevented normal use
- Technical Errors β credits deducted due to verified system errors
- Duplicate Charges β billing errors resulting in double payment
#4. How to Request a Refund
You can submit a refund request directly from the TubeLog dashboard under Settings β Billing β Cancel Subscription. The dashboard will show an estimated refund amount based on your current usage.

- Your account email address
- The payment date and amount in question
- The reason for your request
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5β10 business days.
#5. Affiliate Commission Clawback
If a referred customer receives a subscription refund, any affiliate commission earned from that customer's payment may be clawed back from the referring affiliate's balance. This applies during the 30-day commission grace period.
#6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us first β we are committed to resolving billing issues fairly.
#7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
