Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

Full refund within 24 hours if no features used.

Annual Subscriptions

Pro-rated refund available within 7 days. After 7 days, no refund.

Credits/Points

Credits and points are non-refundable. Admin approval required for exceptional cases.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Subscription renewals
  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Points/credits that have been used
  • Promotional or discounted purchases

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. You will retain access until the end of your billing period.
