Getting Started with TubeLogX: From Channel Connection to First Review

TubeLogX is designed around a simple loop: connect a channel, review what changed, choose one next action, and return when new data arrives. The value comes from repeating that loop—not from looking at every chart once.

#Sign In First, Connect Second

Use a provider shown on the TubeLogX login page to create or open your account. Signing in does not automatically connect a YouTube channel.

Open Channels, start Add channel, continue through Google, review the permissions shown, and select the intended YouTube channel. If a Google account manages several channels or Brand Accounts, confirm the channel identity before finishing.

#Wait for a Real Sync State

Initial sync duration depends on channel size, eligible history, YouTube response time, and queue state. Use the status on the channel card rather than assuming a fixed duration. Some audience, revenue, or retention information may remain unavailable because of permission, monetization, or privacy requirements.

#Complete a First Review

  1. Open Dashboard and note the current channel totals and history.
  2. Open Analytics and select the same channel and a useful time range.
  3. Find one change worth explaining.
  4. Inspect the videos and audience context around that change.
  5. Write down one action you will test on the next comparable upload.

Turn the first dashboard visit into a focused question

Use totals as orientation, then narrow the review to a period, metric, and supporting content.

#Choose a Feature Only When It Serves the Question

  • Use Thumbnails when you need concepts to compare or refine.
  • Use Translator when you have reviewed source subtitles or video metadata and selected a target audience.
  • Use comment analysis when repeated viewer language can inform the next upload.
  • Use milestones and history when you want to preserve the story behind long-term growth.

Internal scores, sentiment labels, and forecasts are planning aids, not official YouTube metrics or guaranteed outcomes. Any supported action that changes YouTube remains a separate, explicit confirmation.
