  • Revenue — Estimated earnings (requires monetized channel)

You can drag and reorder the KPI cards to suit your workflow.

#Growth Forecasting (Pro / Enterprise)

TubeLog uses an advanced AI model to generate 90-day projections for:

  • Subscriber growth trajectory
  • View count estimates
  • Revenue forecasting (for monetized channels)

Forecasts are recalculated every 24 hours based on the latest sync data.

#Audience Retention Analysis (Pro / Enterprise)

For each video, TubeLog fetches the per-minute retention curve from the YouTube Analytics API and identifies:

  • Peak engagement moments — Timestamps where viewers are most engaged
  • Drop-off points — Segments where viewers leave most often
  • Average view duration vs. video length ratio

Use this data to inform your editing decisions and intro/hook length.

#Data Sync

TubeLog syncs your channel data automatically:

  • Free / Starter — Daily sync (once per 24 hours)
  • Pro / Enterprise — Every 6 hours + on-demand sync button

To trigger a manual sync, click the Refresh icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

#Multi-Channel View

If you have multiple YouTube channels connected, use the channel selector dropdown at the top of the dashboard to switch between channels or view aggregated data across all channels simultaneously.
